Shirolepa: Stress Relief and Hair Fall Treatment
Shiro Lepa is a specialized Ayurvedic treatment focused on the health of the scalp, brain, and mind. This holistic therapy not only addresses hair and scalp concerns but also helps relieve mental stress and fatigue.
Method:
The treatment lasts for about 1 hour and begins with a head massage using a suitable herbal oil. Following the massage, a medicinal paste is applied over the entire scalp and left on for 1-2 hours before being gently removed.
The herbal oil and paste used during Shiro Lepa are carefully selected based on the individual’s health condition, body type, and the severity of the issue. An expert physician conducts a thorough examination to determine the most appropriate ingredients for each session.
Benefits:

Treatment Frequency:
For optimal results, it is recommended to undergo 3-5 sessions of Shiro Lepa.
Price: £90 per full treatment session.
Sciatica ( Grudhrasi)
Sciatica (Grudhrasi)
- Treatment Protocol
Sciatica, known as Grudhrasi in Ayurveda, often
presents with back pain radiating to one leg. Patients commonly report symptoms
such as stiffness, heaviness, numbness, burning, or tingling sensations in the
affected leg.
During the initial consultation, we conduct a
thorough history-taking and clinical examination to assess the condition. While
MRI or X-ray reports can be helpful, they are not essential, as our experienced
consultants use specialized Ayurvedic diagnostic methods, guided by authentic
principles and long-standing clinical expertise.
Our treatments are grounded in traditional
Ayurvedic practices and hospital-based evidence. The therapeutic approach
includes:
External Treatment:
We begin by applying
a specially formulated medicated herbal paste with anti-inflammatory and
pain-relieving properties, designed to dissolve calcification and ease
discomfort. This is done following an herbal oil massage to the lower
back and legs.
Fomentation is then
administered using herbal bolus therapy or a herbal steam bath, which
helps alleviate stiffness and enhances circulation.
2.Panchakarma Therapy:
Based on the
patient’s condition, Vasti (medicated enema) is recommended, often
following mild purgation to cleanse the body.
Kati Vasti is also
administered, where medicated oil is kept in a circular formation made
with black gram flour on the lower back for 40-60 minutes to relieve pain
and inflammation.
Throughout the
treatment, we prescribe authentic Ayurvedic internal medications, which
are also available for purchase online.
3.Personalized Treatment:
The treatment plan is
tailored to the severity of the condition, ensuring the most effective
approach for each individual.
Patients generally experience significant relief
after 2 to 3 weeks of continuous treatment.
